Operation Boo in California

Last night I was a virtual prisoner in my own home with all the hysteria about RSO's And Halloween last night. What a bunch of crap! Pure 100% Bullshit. As with most aspects of Jessica's Law, The restrictions placed on me last night to "protect the public" during Halloween was a complete waste of taxpayer money, is pure hype, and protects absolutely no one.
