A God Sent

A God Sent
Man, I am so blessed. After 4 years of a brutal parole I have finally found something that will actually help me find permanent housing. This Home First program I am involved in is exactly what "290's" need in this state. I have gotten my ID after years of not having it and have gotten a Social Security card. Been staying here at Little Orchard Homeless Shelter ( It's called Home First now ) for 2 weeks now. It is so much better than the streets is where I was before this. Home First is also giving me a 3 month bus pass for free. I only have 10 more weeks of parole, but better late than never. Take care my friends. More later.

Don't forget to check out my new blog, Forced Homeless in San Jose, CA by Jessica's Law at: http://forcedhomelessinsanjose.blogspot.com/

Freed Once Again !

I was just released on yet another parole violation. Served 2 months. Good to be back. The State of California is still forcing me to be homeless. The nightmare never ends. More later. I got to figure out where I'm going to sleep tonight. Take care my friends !!!

Free at Last !

Free at Last ! Well, not exactly free, but at least I'm out of jail again. This makes it my 10th parole violation in the last 22 months. For RSO's on parole in California it's a revolving door. At $116 a day to incarcerate someone in Santa Clara Co. the burden to taxpayers is staggering. I've probably have spent 450 days in co. jail due to parole violations since April of 2012. That comes out to over $50,000 of totally wasted taxpayer monies. Due to Jessica's Law here in CA successful parole is impossible. It still amazes me that no one in the media is reporting on the absolute waste of Jessica's Law and how many millions are spent implicating this insane law. I'm forced to be homeless due to bullshit residential restrictions. Got to run and figure out where I'm going to sleep tonight. Take care my friends. I'm back in the fight !

Forced Homeless in San Jose

I feel like a Leper. A man without a country. This is all so surreal. Being forced to live on the streets by The State? I still can not get over it and I've been dealing with this nightmare for over 25 years now. How in God's name can The State force someone to live outdoors like an animal? I have family I can live with! Due to Jessica's Law in CA and It's residential restrictions I'm homeless. I have never harmed a child in my life. The woman, Donna Jean Rowland, of Albany, Oregon who falsely accused me in 1985 was 24 years old at the time. She was a serial false accuser who made her false allegation against me for a million dollar lawsuit and I was not the first man this wacko had sent to prison. See The J.A. Story at:  http://jessicaslawnightmare.blogspot.com/2013/12/the-ja-story.html . The homeless shelter I am forced to live in has a "lottery" every day at 3:30 pm where only 50 people get in and I hope I make it every night or I am forced to sleep outside in the freezing cold. Recently it was so cold here 4 homeless men died in one night due to exposure. Thank God I had a bed that night. Tonight? Who knows? I could be sleeping outside tonight. Why? When will this nightmare end? The Sex Crime Witch Hunt snared me in It's ever expanding web over 25 year ago. When will this madness stop? I wake up at 4am to charge my GPS Tracking Shackle that is locked onto my ankle because I do not know when I will have the opportunity to charge up again. I have to charge up twice a day for an hour each. It's all I do anymore. Try and figure out where the hell will I find an outlet to use, so The State will not send me back to jail for failure to charge. It is all so unreal. I've got about 10 more months on parole and can finally leave this Police State. Back to Alaska in 2014 !!!

J.A. is back !

J.A. is back in action ! He's been released from jail again after 19 months of going back and forth to jail on bullshit parole violations. He's back in the mix to expose Jessica's Law for what it is - an unconstitutional law that has not only destroyed his life, but the life's of tens of thousands of others. He's been in the fight against The Sex Crime Witch Hunt in this country for over 25 years now since being falsely accused in 1985. James is currently in a shelter now. One of the only ones that will accept a "290". Stay tuned. Good to be back my friends. 10 more months of this nightmarish parole and I can return to Alaska. Good to be back among the living.

J.A. Released From Jail !

Here's an "Open Letter" from the founder, J.A., of this blog I received a couple weeks ago when he was in Co. Jail again on another parole violation. He has since been released and is once again forced into homelessness. Leave a message for him on in the comments section if you'd like.

How are you my friends? Me? Well, I've been better. I'm back in Co. Jail on a parole violation. I forgot to go to my monthly meeting with the parole shrink and then forgot to charge up my GPS Shackle. I was sentenced to 140 days with 1/2 time for my "crimes". I have to serve 70 days at a cost to CA taxpayers of $116 a day according to CDCR. That's going to come to around $10,000 for my stay here. Where's the justice in that? $10,000 for missing an appointment and letting a battery die out? A regular crime wave. Thank God I was taken off the streets. I just may have Jay Walked or littered. Jessica's Law has become a huge money making machine for those who profit off of jails and prisons. These bastards have stolen 17+ years out of my life after being falsely accused in 1985. Again I find myself a commodity to this corrupt system. The Sex Crime Witch Hunt is very much alive in CA. This nightmare never ends. A nightmare 10,000 other S.O.'s on parole are going thru in CA.

My troubles all started in 1985 in Salem, Oregon when I was falsely accused by a deranged, mentally ill, drug addict who accused me in order to file a million dollar lawsuit. Since my wrongful conviction I've broke out of prison in 1990, refused to register, jumped parole a 1/2 dozen times, and became an activist for Men's and prisoner's rights. Since April of this year my life has been going down hill. I lost my van, my home , and was forced to live on the streets like an animal. I have family and friends I could stay with, but with Jessica's Law's residential restrictions I am forced to be homeless. This is all so insane. This is just what CA needs. Thousands of S.O.'s on parole forced into homelessness walking around all night like zombies with no hope for a better life. Take away all hope from a man and what do you have? A very dangerous man with nothing to lose. Great job Jessica's Law.
I was about to turn myself in and went to say goodbye to some friends and family. I had not cut off my GPS Shackle and went to a bar to have a couple drinks before jail. All of a sudden a 1/2 a dozen cops come in the bar and I'm busted. I was pissed and I guess I had a little bit of an attitude. First the cops beat the hell out of me at the station and then guards beat me at the main jail. Of course I was handcuffed. My police report said I did not have on my GPS Shackle. Damn liars! They were trying to get me another charge. Now the Parole Dept. expects me to pay $500 for the "lost" GPS Shackle. Good luck with that.

You know what I've noticed being back in Co. Jail? S.O.'s on parole keep coming back over and over because Jessica's Law makes parole impossible to complete. It's a regular revolving door of S.O.'s here at a cost to CA taxpayers of $116 a day. Just how much money does Jessica's Law cost CA every year? This unconstitutional, insane, useless "law" is costing this state hundreds of million of dollars a year. Let's look at the facts. According to CDCR, there are 10,000 S.O. parolees that have GPS Shackles locked onto their ankles. These GPS Shackles alone costs this state 60 million dollars a year. Add this to all the jail time for petty parole violations S.O.'s must now endure due to Jessica's Law, parolees forced into homelessness due to residential restrictions that drain social services, the medical costs for the homeless, food stamps, ect... It is easy to see that Jessica's Law costs this bankrupt state hundreds of million of dollars a year. Why doesn't the medias report this outrage?

I should be released soon ( I hope ). My plans? My options are very limited. I can't run anymore. I'm out of money and just too damn old now. I've spent years living underground and totally off the grid. Just can't do it anymore. This nightmare has been going on for 28 years now. I plan to do my 16 months left of parole and get the hell out of this Police State. Once CA was famous for having the best educational and University system in the world and social services for the poor, sick, and elderly second to none. Those are all things of the past. CA is now world famous for It's huge Prison Industry. This state alone locks up more people than most countries, except for China and Russia. How can you be proud of that? Makes me sick! I'm going back to Alaska in 16 months. Hopefully, The United States Constitution, Bill of Rights, and "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" still means something there. Seeing how I am Alaskan I just have one last thing to say. You fucking bastards have taken most of my life and I just have two words for ya all - FUCK OFF !!!Alaska or Bust in 2014! Take Care My Friends, J.A.

J.A. Update - Still Forced into Homelessness

J.A., the founder of this blog, and the Society Against False Accusations of Rape (1990) and Californians Against Jessica's Law (2006) is still homeless. He is forced to live in one of CA's largest city's because it was there he refused to register as a sex offender in 2006 right after Jessica's Law was passed by CA voters. He was sentenced to 4 years in prison and 3 years of parole for his refusal. Released in 2010 he found that parole in CA was nearly impossible to complete, without being sent back to prison, due to Jessica's Law and It's insane restrictions on S.O. parolees. He's been homeless for almost 2 years now due to residential restrictions that makes over 75% of the county he is forced to live in off-limits to him. At first he was forced to live in several fleabag motels until his money ran out and now stays in a horrid homeless shelter where he is ravaged by bedbugs every night and has to deal with the mentally ill, drunks, and gang members. He also has a GPS Shackle locked onto his ankle where his every move is tracked. J.A. has about 16 more months of forced homelessness until he can return to his home state of Alaska. Where he was a successful commercial fisherman until he was falsely accused in 1985. Over a quarter century ago. Good luck my friend.

J.A. Released from Co. Jail

J.A., the founder of this blog, along with the Society Against False Accusations of Rape (1990) and Californians Against Jessica's Law (2006) has been released from Co. Jail following a DUI arrest. He served 25 days on a 50 day sentence from CA's Parole Board. He had been sober for over 18 months since his release from State Prison in Oct. of 2010 after a 4 year prison term for refusing to register as a sex offender. He was captured in Salem, Oregon after a neighbor ratted him out to local police. J.A. vowed never to be put in handcuffs again or ever step foot in a prison. He is currently homeless. Forced to live on the street like an animal due to CA's insane Jessica's Law which makes 75% of the county he is forced to live in off-limits to him. He's lost his van, driver's license, and his home. Another victim of the unconstitutional Jessica's Law. J.A. has 17 more months on parole before he can return to his home state of Alaska. If he can hold out that long. 15 years in prison couldn't break him, but Jessica's Law just may. What happens to a man that has no Hope? He can become very dangerous, because he has nothing to lose. Good work Jessica's Law.

J.A. Out - Mr.X In

J.A. has had to quit his activism due to his many problems dealing with California's Jessica's Law which makes completing parole almost impossible. J.A. has been in the fight against The Sex Crime Witch Hunt for over 20 years and will surely be missed. My name is Mr. X and I will be taking over for J.A. who has 20 months left on parole before he returns to Alaska. Good luck J.A. !

    My Blessings of 2011

It's been a tough year, but I do have alot of Blessings from 2011. Here's a short list:

    - I wasn't sent back to prison/jail

-This was the longest I've not been a convict or fugitive since 1988

    - No one harassed, humiliated, or degraded  me all year

    - I turned 50

    - Kept this Blog going all year

    - I quit smoking

    - Have not used alcohol or drugs

    - My health is good

    - I started medication for PTSD/Depression

    - Had a roof over my head all year

    - My van didn't break down

    - Fought a good fight against The Sex Crime Witch Hunt

    - Made some new friends in our fight

    - and on and on

Yes, I have been blessed this year. I have to remember that when times get tough. I'm all pack up and ready to move into my new motel tomorrow. I can only stay a month, then I'll be forced to move again. Oh well, what can a guy do. I have 22 months left on parole here in CA. After I complete It I'm headed back to Alaska. HAVE A GREAT NEW YEARS EVE !!!

    I'm Back !

Yep, I'm back. Really went off the deep end for a few weeks. Came close a couple times to cutting this damn GPS Shackle off my leg and hitting the road again. Being a fugitive has long been second nature to me. Have rabbit in my blood. With the stress of complying with Jessica's Law and with the holidays I went nuts for awhile. My mother, father, grandmother, and sister all died within a span of a couple years. I miss them dearly and the holidays really bring out my heartache. I was a fugitive in 2008 and could not attend my sisters funeral. The Police/FBI would have been laying in wait. I will be moving from this Fleabag motel on New Years Day to another Fleabag motel down the street, but have been told I will only be allowed to live there for one month and will be forced to move again. My P.O. told me he doesn't care if I wind up living on the streets because I'm a sex offender. As always, I had to inform him I am not a sex offender. We got in a heated argument outside my current motel room that was heard by my neighbors. To make a long story short, I have gotten on medication to deal with this all. Jessica's Law was/is driving me crazy. How are we suppose to live under such conditions? It's pure insanity. Hopefully I can hang on until Oct. 23rd, 2013 and I can get the hell out of California. I have land in Alaska given to me by my tribe. I'm 1/2 Aleut (Alaskan Native). Was a commercial fisherman back in the day. Have you ever seen Deadliest Catch? I've done that. Worked out of a dozen ports in Alaska. I want to build myself a cabin and be left the hell alone. 22 months to go and I can tell California's Jessica's Law to shove it. Sorry about the flake out. 25 years of fighting this battle will drive anyone over the edge. The medication seems to be helping. I'm back on track. Thanks for being my friends. We need each other's support.

    Fuck It !

I say goodbye my friends. Can not take this shit anymore. I would rather live underground or die. A man can only take so much. Would rather live on the the run. See you on the other side.  J.A.

    Found a "Home"

With my upcoming eviction due to Jessica's Law residential restrictions I found a temporary "home". Another hotel. One of the only hotels in this county that is in compliance to the Jessica's Law 2,000 foot "Predator Free Zones" that cover 75+% of this county. I've been living in the same hotel now for over a year, but the city is building a park down the street and I have been ordered to move by Jan. 1st, 2012. The hotel I'm currently staying in on a Hotel Row with 4 hotels that RSO's stay in because there's nowhere else to live. All 30+ guys have been ordered to move or be arrested. I'm one of them. Now get this. My room is about 1,990 feet away from this upcoming park. I'm being evicted for 10 feet? Absolutely insane. Well, the hotel next to me has 5 rooms that are o.k. and I have already reserved one and will be moving into it on New Years Day. What a relief. I sure wasn't looking forward to living in my van. Last time I lived on the streets was when Jessica's Law was passed by voters in 20006 , so I jumped parole and left the state. I lasted 2 years until my arrest when a neighbor ratted on me for growing marijuana (never said I was an angel) and I was extradited back to CA. It was the 3rd time I walked on a commercial plane in chains to be brought back. Never again. I plan to finish parole no matter what this time and never be in handcuffs again. Don't think I would of made it on the streets again. Too dawn old. The rabbit is run out of me. Plus, like I said before - the bastards always catch me anyway. Speaking of being old. I turn 50 on Friday. 50 years old. Holy Shit! This whole nightmare started when I was 24. Over a quarter century ago. Found a place to hold up for awhile until Oct. 23rd, 2013 and I finally get off parole. Hope time flys, so I can get out of this state. Keep up the good fight.

Life Sucks! We Got to Deal With It

Well, here I be at the library again. Got to work on this blog here since I don't have a computer at home. A home I Will be soon evicted from because of Jessica's Law in California. I will be joining thousands of RSO's on parole in CA that are forced to live on the streets due to residential restrictions. It's pure insanity! I've been running, living underground, and being sent to prison for over 20 years now. I'm tired. I'm 50 now and the rabbit has been run out of me. Breaking out of prison and jumping parole a dozen times I learn that it is possible to live totally off the grid, but it sure is stressful being a fugitive. I've also refused to register in the past. The last time was when Jessica's Law was passed by CA voters in 2006. I wasn't captured until 2008 and was sentenced to 4 more years in prison. Going to spend the day looking for a new hotel room to hold up in until I parole in 2013 and if I can't find anywhere to live, I'll be living in my van. Now that's going to be a nightmare. Making plans to live in my van already because in this county 75+ of the land mass is off limits to RSO's and I don't think any of the hotels here are left that we can live in. A couple weeks ago I was informed that all RSO's will be evicted at 4 hotels in my area because the city is building a park down the street. 10 years ago, I would have never even reported to the parole office or allow them to lock a GPS Tracking Shackle onto my ankle and I sure would not be registering. I'm old now and have been fighting The Sex Crime Witch Hunt for since 1985. I'm pooped. It's all so crazy. Get this, the thousands of RSO's on parole here and who were forced into homelessness are not allowed in any one spot for more than 2 hours because it maybe within 2,000 feet from a park, school, ect.... If a RSO in CA does stay in any one place for more than 2 hours they are sent back to prison. 2 hours in any one place is a crime in CA? It is now and has been since 2006. Homeless RSO's have to always be on the move and are constantly harassed, degraded, and humiliated by local police. The only place homeless RSO's are allowed to stay more than 2 hours at, is the bush they are sleeping under at night. I've heard that being homeless and having to change your location every 2 hours drives a guy crazy and most wind up back in prison. I've spent almost 17 years in prison and can deal with anything Here's some articles on my wrongful conviction:

    RSO Raid Overdue

A couple weeks ago I found out that I am being evicted from my home and will soon be living on the streets because the city is building a park down the street from my hotel. I have 6 weeks to move or be sent back to prison. Currently I'm living in one of the only hotels that rent to people in my shoes in Santa Clara Co. I'm also waiting for the RSO's "Predator" Raid that happens every 5-6 months in this county. It is all so humiliating and degrading. The Raiders will bust thru my doors like I'm some kind of terrorist, put me in handcuffs, parade me out in front of my neighbors, then tear my room apart to look for god only knows what. It's all Bullshit. We know it and they know it. Joe Public doesn't know it though. He just knows what the media tells him. That the HUNDREDS of Millions of Dollars spent on The Sex Crime Witch Hunt in California every year is much needed to combat the hordes of child molesters hiding behind every bush here and that "they" need more taxpayer monies to make us truly "safe". The raids that they do in this county are usually televised to promote their propaganda and to beg for more and more funding. The local TV News broadcasters love these raids and will puppet anything laws enforcement tells them to say.  The last raid was covered by all 4 local news stations with my lucky mug filmed standing outside my hotel room in handcuffs for all the world to see. I remember back in the early 90's being beaten by guards and thrown into The Hole naked to rot. I decided then that the bastards can't take anything more from me, so fuck them and I became even more rebellious. Starting to get that "fuck it" attitude again. What the hell do I have to lose? I have nothing left and now the Nazis are forcing me into homelessness. The Sex Crime Witch Hunt is getting worse and worse. When I was released in 1998 for the first time after spending 10 years in prison on a false accusation things were pretty bad for RSO's. Now with Jessica's Law life is just below impossible, if not totally impossible. The Raiding Stormtroopers are coming anyday. I have only 3 words for The Sex Crime Witch Hunters who profit off of other's misery and lie to the public. FUCK ALL of YOU!

    60 Days Until Eviction

I have exactly 60 days now to find a new "home" because the city is building a new park less than 2,000 feet from where I live. A park is getting me evicted and forcing me into homelessness? That's right, a park. Jessica's Law in California has made about 80% of the area off-limits to all RSO's on parole. Homeless RSO's are not even allowed in Homeless Shelters around here There are over 10,000 RSOs on parole here and most have been forced into homelessness. I very soon will be joining their ranks. At 50 years old I am going to be forced to live on the streets? I really can not believe it. I've been homeless before after refusing to register, jumping parole a dozen times, and for my 1990 prison break, but I'm not a fugitive anymore. The Streets are no fun. Being homeless is awful. A daily nightmare where my only concern is where the hell to charge up this damn GPS Tracking Shackle I have locked onto my ankle. Not only are the bastards driving me into homelessness, I may have to start attending 2 classes a week for sex offender treatment. I now only go to see a shrink once a month, but the state/county has hired a new SO Treatment Corporation and I am a commodity to them, so naturally I'll have to attend or go back to prison. It's all about money. How the hell am I suppose to go to 2 damn group sessions a week when I'm forced to live on the streets? It's all such bullshit. I know exactly why alot of RSO's go "Underground". I've been dealing with this insane crap since 1985. "Living Off the Grid" again is looking like a option. What choice do those in exile have anyway?

No Miniature Golf for Me - INSANE!

Well, my nephew decided to stay another week. Which is great! He's 13 years old and full of energy. Keeping me, my brother, and his mom's brother busy. My P.O. came over while he was staying with me and said, "Who's the kid?". Said he's my nephew and that was pretty much that. I do not have the parole condition that makes it a parole violation to be around kids. I do have the parole conditions that state I can not live within 2,000 feet of a school, park, ect.... and that I am not allowed to enter parks, schools, arcades, the beach, ect.... I know it sounds crazy. I have never in my life harmed a kid. Just another example of the insanity of CA's Jessica's Law. My brother and my nephew are at miniature golf right now. Had to drop them off because It's just another place I am banned from. Like I'm some kind of Leper or something. But of course, my nephew is going to spend the night. Just does not make a lick of sense to me. My nephew is 13 years old and I suggested to my sister's daughter that my nephew can take the train or bus home. She flipped a wig. Hell, me and my brother used to hitchhike to the beach all alone in the 1970's when we were 13 years old. She said these are different times and kids get hurt now-a-days. I told her It's a bunch of crap and the media's have parents terrified. Oh well, it's time to pick up my brother and nephew. I had to bow out of this fun or I'd be sent back to prison.
