Bill Summary
This bill requires registered sexual offenders to report to their designated law enforcement agency at least 21 days before travelling out of the country. Any registered sexual offenders who travel out of the country frequently for work or other legitimate purpose, with the written approval of their designated law enforcement agency, and offenders who travel out of the country for emergency situations will be required to report to their designated law enforcement agency at least 24 hours before travelling out of the country.
